use Courier Services for standard shipments within the Pakistan. Every effort is made to ship your gifts within
1-2 business days after receiving the order (if a specific delivery date is
not mentioned). You will be notified when your gift is shipped.
There is no shipping or
handling cost on 786gifts.com. All items are shipped
Free of
cost.

When you purchase products from 786gifts.com or register in any of
our services, we may send you periodic emails regarding our

Return/Replacement
Policy:
All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality. If you are unsatisfied
with the quality of our items,
please contact customer service
with
your order number
within 5 days after delivery for return/replacement
instructions. The
product should be in its original unused form for return. We
are not responsible for any return shipping charges.
Products
listed in our 'Electronics' section are purchased directly from
the authorized dealers. If there is any technical fault after use,
it will be covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturers,
but these products can not be replaced due to any other reason such
as changing it with a different model or returning due to any other
non-technical issue.
Order Cancellation
Policy:
786Gifts.com reserves the right to cancel any order.
Order may be canceled due to the following reasons:
- Requested by the customer.
- Customer fails to provide any further verification if requested.
- Order fails security checks.
If an order fails security checks and is canceled within 24 hours, no amount
is charged. If the order is canceled (due to 1st or 2nd reason) 24 hours
after the order is placed, we would deduct 5.5% of the total amount. This
deduction is for the credit card processing fee that is charged to us by the
credit card processing company.
Complementary
Gift Wrapping and Greeting Card:
We understand that giving a gift is one of the most wonderful
forms of your affection and love. Every aspect of the gift – the item, the wrapping, the
ribbons and the greeting card – reflect the thoughtfulness of the

All gift items are selectively sourced
from quality vendors, they are thoroughly inspected, and all our
gifts are wrapped by our experts and include a personalized greeting
card from you to your gift recipient.
Delivery to
Village address:
We only
deliver orders within the city or town areas. In case of village
address, the recipient will have to collect the gift from the nearby
city courier office by himself.
How
we use the information:
We
use an order form so to request information necessary for order
fulfillment. Any personal information provided by the customer is
done so knowingly. The
information such as name, address, email, phone number, celebration
details is used to fulfill orders placed on our site and to provide
special features/offers to the customers.
Demographic
and profile data gathered from the customers is used to help us
determine the needs of our customers and to help us determine the
popularity of the various web site features/pages. No personal data is provided to
